1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

The product received is different from what was ordered.
Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes. Please ensure you select the correct size by referring to the size guide on the product page before placing your order.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
For any return due to damage or incorrect products, you must provide a clear, unedited video of the unboxing process. This video is required to verify the claim. Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return or refund request.
3. Return Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us on the same day the product is delivered. Late requests will not be entertained.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only after:

The product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect through the unboxing video.

The returned item reaches us and its condition is verified.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned product. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Situations

Returns requested for size changes.

Claims made without a clear unboxing video.

Products returned without prior approval from RABITO.

Requests made after the delivery day.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product received is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect. In cases of damage or wrong items, RABITO will handle the return shipping arrangements or costs.
